Reservations

Submitting a request does not guarantee availability. A booking is confirmed according to the quotation and payment process communicated by our team.

Cancellation

Cancellation terms are stated on each experience and in your quotation. Paid bookings may typically be cancelled more than 24 hours before the visit unless venue rules state otherwise.
